The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Narciso Peruxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the game, JUNICO Ełk's Witomir Domaracki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amado Urtungo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Artur Zapolski hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Janusz Gonsiewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Ermano in the 19th minute of the match. Amado Urtungo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ryszard Zieba's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Ezequiel Nalo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Janusz Gonsiewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB. After having played for 33 minutes, Jonas Ermano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Ermano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vicente Lando charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Lando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 39 minutes into the match, Witomir Domaracki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amado Urtungo. ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witomir Domaracki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's Jonas Ermano got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With his leg Amado Urtungo managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when JUNICO Ełk's Ryszard Zieba fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB booed when JUNICO Ełk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Moczkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marek Moczkiewicz during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, JUNICO Ełk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Moczkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, JUNICO Ełk's Slawomir Gardocki got a free kick in the 79th minute. Albano Ritchie kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Ryszard Zieba struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Amado Urtungo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JUNICO Ełk. When Ryszard Zieba, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 84 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Amado Urtungo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Narciso Peruxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The JUNICO Ełk players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
