Spectators: 7721 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeruko Sardaneta in the 3rd minute of play forced Capibaribe Stars's goalkeeper Adhemar Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseu Toscano in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valerio Tejeido saved Porteño Prowess FC from getting behind. After 9 played minutes Porteño Prowess FC got a freekick which was hit by George Valdovinos. The long shot by Edgar Paraíba in the 10th minute really tested Valerio Tejeido's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Toscano in the 13th minute of play forced Porteño Prowess FC's goalkeeper Valerio Tejeido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Capibaribe Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Larios came free, but Adhemar Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, George Valdovinos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Adhemar Vergílio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 23 minutes into the match, Capibaribe Stars's goal looked a bit too open when George Valdovinos came free, but Adhemar Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adhemar Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Dieguez in the 24th minute of play. Valerio Tejeido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseu Toscano in the 28th minute. Luís Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Villagra Inguanzo during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute George Valdovinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adhemar Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Capibaribe Stars getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Luís Antunes hit a great ball. Nico Penha hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Porteño Prowess FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Valerio Tejeido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséas Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When George Valdovinos came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Porteño Prowess FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Valdovinos couldn't finish the play. Valerio Tejeido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Toscano in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Valdovinos got free with Adhemar Vergílio in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Capibaribe Stars's goalkeeper Adhemar Vergílio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Dieguez. Lucas de Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Capibaribe Stars's goalkeeper Adhemar Vergílio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luís Antunes's late challenge caught a Porteño Prowess FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Antunes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Luís Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 played minutes, Porteño Prowess FC's Geancarlos Cedillo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adhemar Vergílio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Porteño Prowess FC reached it. Oséas Luz hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Eliseu Toscano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valerio Tejeido. Porteño Prowess FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseu Toscano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Porteño Prowess FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
