The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Iacob Malcoci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Iacob Malcoci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A4p Dejani fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, A4p Dejani's goalkeeper Augustin Cucerzan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sancar Özek. Gazanfer Yabgu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Savu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Emanuel Savu scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gazanfer Yabgu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of A4p Dejani booed when ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sungurbey Revan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisc Dănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gazanfer Yabgu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Păltineanu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ergün Tefhim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Cucerzan having to interfere. Avram Simionescu kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. A4p Dejani's Augustin Cucerzan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ergün Tefhim in the 35th minute of play. After 36 minutes A4p Dejani's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sancar Özek who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's corner Sancar Özek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Augustin Cucerzan quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of A4p Dejani booed when ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüseyin Cahit Özgebay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Sungurbey Revan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A4p Dejani the free kick. In the 45th minute, Sungurbey Revan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anton Condrea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisc Dănescu in the 51st minute of play forced ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's goalkeeper Gazanfer Yabgu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gazanfer Yabgu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Condrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hüseyin Cahit Özgebay fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's protests and gave Hüseyin Cahit Özgebay a yellow card for diving instead. Hüseyin Cahit Özgebay kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, A4p Dejani's goal looked a bit too open when Türkeş Sümeroğlu came free, but Augustin Cucerzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Hüseyin Cahit Özgebay got a free kick in the 57th minute. Türkeş Sümeroğlu scored 1-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augustin Cucerzan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th match minute, ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Oğuz Totuk to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Emanuel Savu managed to get in a good position for a shot. A4p Dejani's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Savu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gazanfer Yabgu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gazanfer Yabgu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisc Dănescu in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anton Condrea in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gazanfer Yabgu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Augustin Cucerzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencal Deniz in the 76th minute of play. Avram Simionescu hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Türkeş Sümeroğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, A4p Dejani's goal looked a bit too open when Zülfü Kamil came free, but Augustin Cucerzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, A4p Dejani's Ioan Marinică got a free kick in the 86th minute. If Türkeş Sümeroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hüseyin Cahit Özgebay got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Hüseyin Cahit Özgebay kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's zone, Emanuel Savu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gazanfer Yabgu came out of the goal and Emanuel Savu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Savu in the 94th minute of play forced ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's goalkeeper Gazanfer Yabgu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Iacob Malcoci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
