After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Cesinha Cabral got a free kick in the 4th minute. Osvaldinho Cardozo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Vigil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Firman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamílton Simão, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Delfim Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Damian Firman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Soeiro in the 24th minute of play. Cesinha Cabral was shown his second yellow card after 27 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 27 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Cabral. 28 minutes into the match, Nicasio Guipuzkoa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Futbol Club RRFV's Osvaldinho Cardozo. Osvaldinho Cardozo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eurico Lira's late challenge caught a DREAM TEAM WORLD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eurico Lira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Eurico Lira got a free kick in the 38th minute. Hamílton Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nicasio Guipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicasio Guipuzkoa made a kick off. A collision led to DREAM TEAM WORLD getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Edgardo Vigil hit a great ball. Futbol Club RRFV's Osvaldinho Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Guipuzkoa in the 56th minute of play. Osvaldinho Cardozo came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by DREAM TEAM WORLD's Nicasio Guipuzkoa. But to his dismay, Nicasio Guipuzkoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Gaston Jakue was substituted for Edgardo Vigil. After a defensive mix-up in Futbol Club RRFV's zone, Severo Chano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldinho Cardozo came out of the goal and Severo Chano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severo Chano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osvaldinho Cardozo having to make a save. Futbol Club RRFV's Osvaldinho Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Chano in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Severo Chano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldinho Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldinho Cardozo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severo Chano went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Osvaldinho Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Chano in the 81st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Futbol Club RRFV defense, Severo Chano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osvaldinho Cardozo. The Futbol Club RRFV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osvaldinho Cardozo should have stopped the shot. Osvaldinho Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Chano in the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Denis Montae was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DREAM TEAM WORLD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Futbol Club RRFV the free kick. Denis Montae kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
