Tanek Sitko started the match with the kick off. Janusz Grabski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Kaczynski in the 3rd minute of the match. Maksymilian Kornecki made a great header on Sosnowe Klimaty's corner, it was just that Kania Gostyń's Edmund Chrobak managed to reach the ball for a save. 9 minutes into the game, Alfred Kaczynski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kania Gostyń's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sosnowe Klimaty the free kick. A collision led to Kania Gostyń getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Kania Gostyń's Edmund Chrobak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hieronim Trela in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Sosnowe Klimaty's goalkeeper Janusz Grabski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tanek Sitko. In the 29th minute, Ziemowit Bryk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmund Chrobak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ziemowit Bryk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfred Hajder during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st minute, Mieszko Gruchacz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute of the match Maksymilian Kornecki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edmund Chrobak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ziemowit Bryk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Chrobak having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hieronim Trela to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Kania Gostyń was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Winnicki to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Maksymilian Kornecki from long distance, 52 minutes into the match, got Edmund Chrobak's attention. The supporters of Sosnowe Klimaty booed when Kania Gostyń was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdzislaw Panikowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sosnowe Klimaty's Kryspin Maziarski suffered a concussion in the 70th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Kania Gostyń's Alfred Kaczynski got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Alfred Kaczynski off the ground. A collision led to Kania Gostyń getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Alfred Kaczynski hit a great ball. Wojciech Sokolski charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wojciech Sokolski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wojciech Sokolski kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Alfred Hajder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sosnowe Klimaty's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Hajder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmund Chrobak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfred Hajder hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Wladyslaw Osikowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ryszard Mosiniak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Edmund Chrobak made a huge save. Sosnowe Klimaty's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
