Spectators: 7805 (Terracing: 5855, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 155) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dove Roig kicked off to start the match. Ove Hökkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Domenech having to interfere. Dove Roig blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Algot Kvick having to make a save. Norbert Domenech made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ove Hökkvist sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute Dove Roig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Algot Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lite Finare Lite Bättre getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Magnus Wallmark hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Gildas Montaut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Wallmark in the 25th minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Norbert Domenech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Redouane Caffier during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Redouane Caffier hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Sven Magnusson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gildas Montaut kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Arne Ek kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jean-Charles Gauche in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Algot Kvick saved Lite Finare Lite Bättre from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ove Hökkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dove Roig might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Algot Kvick. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dove Roig ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th match minute, Lite Finare Lite Bättre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Wallmark to maneuver through the defense. Algot Kvick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Charles Gauche in the 59th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Lite Finare Lite Bättre got a freekick which was hit by Erling Petersson. 64 minutes into the match, Lite Finare Lite Bättre's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Charles Gauche came free, but Algot Kvick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Herblay booed when Lite Finare Lite Bättre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Westerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norbert Domenech came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Ove Hökkvist. But to his dismay, Ove Hökkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Lite Finare Lite Bättre getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Magnus Wallmark hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Sven Magnusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Algot Kvick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Charles Gauche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oskar Pilgren's late challenge caught a Herblay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Pilgren helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 played minutes Lite Finare Lite Bättre got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Pilgren. Dove Roig struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Algot Kvick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herblay. In the 90th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Redouane Caffier to maneuver through the defense. Ove Hökkvist struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Norbert Domenech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lite Finare Lite Bättre. Lite Finare Lite Bättre were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Herblay for a fine match.
