PTB Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Borys Karaszkiewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldemar Nowakowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roman Klejnowski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Waldemar Nowakowski firmly grabbed it by the left post. Napoleon Szkarpiak hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 12 minutes, Napoleon Szkarpiak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hlonda Boyz and the PTB Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maciej Wydrych fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Nowakowski having to interfere. The supporters of PTB Football Club booed when Hlonda Boyz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Klawke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wawrzyniec Plucinik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roch Budzyn's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute, Napoleon Szkarpiak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, PTB Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Dobromir Lipinski came free, but Wawrzyniec Plucinik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Roch Budzyn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wawrzyniec Plucinik. PTB Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roch Budzyn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Wawrzyniec Plucinik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Lipinski in the 26th minute of play. Napoleon Szkarpiak kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Roch Budzyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Plucinik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by PTB Football Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pau Cubarsí was slow to take the kick. During this time Hlonda Boyz's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Dobromir Lipinski managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Borys Karaszkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Nowakowski having to interfere. The PTB Football Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hlonda Boyz were winning 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Klejnowski made a kick off. After 50 played minutes PTB Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Maciej Wydrych. After a rather tough play, Hlonda Boyz's Fabian Klawke got a free kick in the 57th minute. Hlonda Boyz's Waldemar Nowakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Wydrych in the 58th minute of play. Waldemar Nowakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Klejnowski in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Roman Klejnowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Nowakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hlonda Boyz getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Roch Wnukowski hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the match, PTB Football Club's Michal Wierzbicki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in PTB Football Club's zone, Dobromir Lipinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wawrzyniec Plucinik came out of the goal and Dobromir Lipinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roch Budzyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wawrzyniec Plucinik having to interfere. In the 70th match minute, PTB Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maciej Wydrych to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, PTB Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Budzyn came free, but Wawrzyniec Plucinik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michal Wierzbicki kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in PTB Football Club's zone, Roch Budzyn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The Hlonda Boyz supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hlonda Boyz would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
