Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Hasan Ali Ekici got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Dalmacio Jacindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stellenbosch's Teobaldo Cheche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hadi Akdurmuş in the 43rd minute of play. Dalmacio Jacindo in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yaşar Niğdeli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hasan Ali Ekici made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Hadi Akdurmuş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teobaldo Cheche. Stellenbosch's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hadi Akdurmuş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1.
