Paul Piersic acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 3rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Zekeriya Saylan. Refik Halit Şafakgün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Anghel in the 9th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Matei Udrescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Refik Halit Şafakgün was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. David Anghel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Refik Halit Şafakgün having to make a save. Matei Udrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute Matei Udrescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Refik Halit Şafakgün saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matei Udrescu hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, HİSAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boğaç Arısal to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, HİSAR's goal looked a bit too open when Matei Udrescu came free, but Refik Halit Şafakgün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, HİSAR's Ceyhan Özsahin got a free kick in the 31st minute. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Paul Piersic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necat Kurboga in the 32nd minute of play. Necat Kurboga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doğa Tamerkin kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matei Udrescu in the 42nd minute of play forced HİSAR's goalkeeper Refik Halit Şafakgün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When David Anghel came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the THE CRYSTAL SHIP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Anghel couldn't finish the play. Emil Josan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Karhan Sebati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The audience was convinced that Matei Udrescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Refik Halit Şafakgün was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 52nd match minute, HİSAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afşar Zeki to maneuver through the defense. Basarab Balc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute Afşar Zeki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Piersic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Matei Udrescu sped through HİSAR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Refik Halit Şafakgün. Refik Halit Şafakgün made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matei Udrescu in the 91st minute. THE CRYSTAL SHIP played a much better game than HİSAR and deserved their victory. The HİSAR players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
