Ettore Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eufemio Vuelta in the 9th minute of play. Edmondo Gervasi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Jorge Climent made a huge save. After 11 minutes, Biagio Massaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sconvols United and the LVCVS AVGVSTI players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LVCVS AVGVSTI booed when Sconvols United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biagio Massaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Trombetta. Jorge Climent made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Carmine Gagliano sent off a good shot on target. LVCVS AVGVSTI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Carmine Gagliano scored to the left of an out of position Jorge Climent, making the score, 1-0. Jorge Climent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferruccio Mazzocchetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 27th play minute Edmondo Gervasi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jorge Climent. 2-0. When Abad Bellido fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LVCVS AVGVSTI's protests and gave Abad Bellido a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sconvols United booed when LVCVS AVGVSTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abad Bellido didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmondo Gervasi was the one to do the kick off. Cesareo Mas hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Isaac Cainzos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Climent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmondo Gervasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Sconvols United were furious when Dave Antonioni was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sconvols United! 69 minutes into the match, Cesareo Mas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sconvols United's Ettore Franco. Ettore Franco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Damiano Rosato managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sconvols United's supporters rose to their feet, but Damiano Rosato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Climent breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute, Alfredo Trombetta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferruccio Mazzocchetti kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Cesareo Mas hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Carmine Gagliano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Climent. LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
