Dieguinho Gaúcho's late challenge caught a Hawk Tuah FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dieguinho Gaúcho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Floresta Negra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dieguinho Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th match minute, Hawk Tuah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Kleen to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Hawk Tuah FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar de Mendonça came free, but Eddie Bergström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernt Ödman kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes, Floresta Negra FC's Valdemar de Mendonça shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eddie Bergström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Floresta Negra FC reached it. When Oséas Leme came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Floresta Negra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oséas Leme couldn't finish the play. Hawk Tuah FC's Eddie Bergström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Cosme in the 19th minute of play. Almir Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Ödman in the 21st minute of play. Almir Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göran Eskilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute, Bernt Ödman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hawk Tuah FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Eddie Bergström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Cosme in the 31st minute. In the 31st minute, Leif Västlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Floresta Negra FC's Almir Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Ödman in the 35th minute of play. After 35 played minutes Hawk Tuah FC got a freekick which was hit by Leif Västlund. After some careless play in the Hawk Tuah FC defense, Orlando Cosme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eddie Bergström. The Hawk Tuah FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eddie Bergström should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Göran Eskilsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Floresta Negra FC's Valdemar de Mendonça got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Almir Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Eskilsson in the 58th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Almir Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Göran Eskilsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Thedin in the 64th minute of play forced Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Almir Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Oséas Leme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floresta Negra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oséas Leme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Bergström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the game, Göran Eskilsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Almir Carneiro. Göran Eskilsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per-Erik Brun during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 71st match minute, Hawk Tuah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Erik Brun to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göran Eskilsson got free with Almir Carneiro in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ingvar Kleen kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Oséas Leme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Eddie Bergström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Orlando Cosme scored 3-3 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eddie Bergström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Thedin in the 84th minute of play forced Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Almir Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valdemar de Mendonça during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Hawk Tuah FC booed when Floresta Negra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ralf Thedin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Almir Carneiro having to interfere. Almir Carneiro was a little too slow when Göran Eskilsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 3-4. Almir Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Ödman in the 94th minute of play. Hawk Tuah FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
