After 7 played minutes, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Timoteo Sandalio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Smajo Gollum came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ reached it. A collision led to Gondor FC™ getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Nadir Dimitrović hit a great ball. In the 11th minute of the match Eloy Flor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Smajo Gollum showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Smajo Gollum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Henric in the 17th minute of the match. Rene Henric might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Smajo Gollum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Henric ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Segundo Dino got a free kick in the 25th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Gondor FC™'s Bilbo Baggins tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Faustino Horado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pippin Tuk. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pippin Tuk during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Smajo Gollum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Ibon, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Žarko Ibrahimović came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Gondor FC™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Žarko Ibrahimović couldn't finish the play. In the 38th match minute, Gondor FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nadir Dimitrović to maneuver through the defense. Smajo Gollum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Sandalio in the 40th minute of play. In the 46th minute Timoteo Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Smajo Gollum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pippin Tuk got free with Faustino Horado in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
In the 51st minute, Horacio Confesor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute Pippin Tuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Wilfredo Ibon managed to get in a good position for a shot. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilfredo Ibon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Smajo Gollum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gondor FC™'s Sejfo Burić was substituted for Nadir Dimitrović. Serafino Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Smajo Gollum having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gondor FC™'s Sejfo Burić got a free kick in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Smajo Gollum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timoteo Sandalio. After 66 played minutes ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Confesor. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Faustino Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilbo Baggins in the 69th minute of play. Horacio Confesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gondor FC™'s Nedžad Bilalović was substituted for Muzafer Kalinović. 74 minutes into the match, Pippin Tuk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustino Horado. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pippin Tuk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 81st match minute, Gondor FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bilbo Baggins to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ defense, Pippin Tuk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faustino Horado. The ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faustino Horado should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Radoslav Zahirović notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Faustino Horado. Faustino Horado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gondor FC™ fans cheered their team off the field, for while ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
