In the 13thth minute of the game Freddy Friebe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flames FC's Aimé Ham was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kent Chesnay got free with Garry Warden in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddy Friebe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aimé Ham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Garry Warden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Chesnay in the 22nd minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Kent Chesnay tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Garry Warden saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aimé Ham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Freddy Friebe's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Kent Chesnay hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Rich Tinker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Friebe in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aimé Ham saved Flames FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Team Pogba's Alejandro Garnacho got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kent Chesnay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aimé Ham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freddy Friebe in the 52nd minute. In the 52nd match minute, Team Pogba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chesney Eubank to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Friebe got free with Aimé Ham in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddy Friebe in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. When Emile Garrett fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flames FC's protests and gave Emile Garrett a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Flames FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Emile Garrett hit a great ball. Garry Warden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Lavallée, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 87 in the game by Freddy Friebe from a close distance when the talented Aimé Ham managed to make a qualified save. Flames FC's players were relieved. Aimé Ham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Friebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute.
