Zeledon Frenes charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zeledon Frenes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Normando Aldeco took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fergus Fairbairn. Fergus Fairbairn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Raymond Johnston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Xamin Arenal made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Shane Lansdale ran back to his position shaking his head. After 95 played minutes 25 de Noviembre FBC got a freekick which was hit by Normando Aldeco. Rangers FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
