After a defensive mix-up in Ground Control's zone, Nurtekin Baysungur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josselin Portet came out of the goal and Nurtekin Baysungur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Josselin Portet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nurtekin Baysungur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nurtekin Baysungur in the 23rd minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Josselin Portet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ground Control's Josselin Portet got control of the ball when Bayındır Mehmet Altunay tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bayındır Mehmet Altunay got free with Josselin Portet in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alphonse Mathevet's late challenge caught a ALTAY MYTHS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alphonse Mathevet helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ALTAY MYTHS booed when Ground Control was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience held their breath when Zeynel Adıvar in the 43rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Josselin Portet's left hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bayındır Mehmet Altunay to strike the kick off in the second half. Youri Lignon in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
