João Vítor de Almeida charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Vítor de Almeida the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SE Palmeiras's João Vítor de Almeida got a free kick in the 2nd minute. SE Palmeiras's Basílio do Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luhut Garnita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basílio do Valle went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Nilson Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandy Raturandang, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Nickolous Haeruddin hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Basílio do Valle took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luhut Garnita. Luhut Garnita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agostinho Tepedino during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SE Palmeiras getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Décio Peixoto hit a great ball. When Didi Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SE Palmeiras's protests and gave Didi Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, SE Palmeiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Didi Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Luhut Garnita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christiano Baiano went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Basílio do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luhut Garnita came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by SE Palmeiras's Basílio do Valle. But to his dismay, Basílio do Valle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nickolous Haeruddin was the one to do the kick off. After 55 minutes of play SE Palmeiras's João Vítor de Almeida was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, SE Palmeiras's João Vítor de Almeida got a free kick in the 56th minute. Nilson Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandy Raturandang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nilson Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anwar Siahaan, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to Kranji Crunchy getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Raden Matulessy hit a great ball. Luhut Garnita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basílio do Valle in the 75th minute. After 77 played minutes SE Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Perivaldo Salles. 79 minutes into the game, Mateus Pitta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SE Palmeiras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kranji Crunchy the free kick. Nilson Dracena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nickolous Haeruddin in the 84th minute of play. 84 minutes in the game, Nickolous Haeruddin dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. SE Palmeiras's Didi Ramos got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Didi Ramos off the ground. After 86 played minutes SE Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Didi Ramos. After a rather tough play, SE Palmeiras's Décio Peixoto got a free kick in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Kranji Crunchy getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Anwar Siahaan hit a great ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of SE Palmeiras were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Kranji Crunchy side.
