YR☆Bald Eagle™'s Eliodor Buciu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save YR☆Bald Eagle™ from getting a goal against them. A collision led to YR☆Bald Eagle™ getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Viorel Bota hit a great ball. Roger Zubizarreta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vintilă Ticulescu went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Emil Danciu took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roger Zubizarreta. Roger Zubizarreta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 16 minutes, Cristo Alacuart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALPUJARRAS LIBRE and the YR☆Bald Eagle™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes ALPUJARRAS LIBRE got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Alacuart. Eliodor Buciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xosepe Morales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Emil Danciu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The YR☆Bald Eagle™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Breixo Aznar hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ekialde Etxeberria to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Ticulescu came free, but Roger Zubizarreta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, YR☆Bald Eagle™'s Cristinel Lipan got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 33rd play minutes Breixo Aznar shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Eliodor Buciu and just under the crossbar into goal. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Sindo Fernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute Vintilă Ticulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Zubizarreta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baudelio Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Roger Zubizarreta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vintilă Ticulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 45 minutes, Emil Danciu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YR☆Bald Eagle™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Emil Danciu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roger Zubizarreta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Ticulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Breixo Aznar was the one to do the kick off. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vintilă Ticulescu 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Baudelio Cruz charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baudelio Cruz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of YR☆Bald Eagle™ booed when ALPUJARRAS LIBRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baudelio Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Danciu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roger Zubizarreta came out and tried to block the shot, but Emil Danciu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 59th minute. Emil Danciu had several of the ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Roger Zubizarreta as he didn't even see the shot coming. 66 minutes into the game, Calistrat Stoican lined in a short shot 1-7 behind a frustrated Roger Zubizarreta. Roger Zubizarreta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Danciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 71 played minutes Cristinel Lipan could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-8 into the left cross. Emil Danciu charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience was convinced that Cristinel Lipan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roger Zubizarreta was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After some careless play in the ALPUJARRAS LIBRE defense, Vintilă Ticulescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roger Zubizarreta. The ALPUJARRAS LIBRE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roger Zubizarreta should have stopped the shot. The ALPUJARRAS LIBRE fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. YR☆Bald Eagle™ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
