Alvaro Rik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Ficsinescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. When Adam Buș came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the FC Steaua Pildesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Buș couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute, Octav Mergea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Steaua Pildesti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 12 minutes, Octav Mergea made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Barrialito AFC's Alvaro Rik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cornel Rogozea kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Alvaro Rik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octav Mergea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urbano Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Mergea in the 23rd minute of play forced Barrialito AFC's goalkeeper Alvaro Rik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Adam Buș came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the FC Steaua Pildesti fans jumped to their feet. Severino Gartxot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Dinu Bălașa made a huge save. Barrialito AFC's Alvaro Rik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rareș Ficsinescu in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Dinu Bălașa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Cuartio in the 51st minute of the match. Julian Torres took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinu Bălașa. Dinu Bălașa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Dinu Bălașa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Torres in the 60th minute of the match. Dinu Bălașa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Cuartio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Gartxot kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Steaua Pildesti getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Adrian Bojin hit a great ball. Julian Torres took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinu Bălașa. Dinu Bălașa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Severino Gartxot took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dinu Bălașa. FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 79 minutes, Octav Mergea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Steaua Pildesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octav Mergea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Barrialito AFC's Maximo Aresti seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Maximo Aresti the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Barrialito AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Maximo Aresti had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Barrialito AFC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Maximo Aresti hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC Steaua Pildesti's Cornel Rogozea tried to score from far away in the 86th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dinu Bălașa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Cuartio, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 90 played minutes Barrialito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Vela. In the 94th minute Arnaldo Vela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Bălașa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Cuartio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Bălașa having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
