The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Artur Walczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Paio, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mauda's zone, Gaspar Cordarryl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Walczyk came out of the goal and Gaspar Cordarryl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th match minute, Mauda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Antoszewski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Mauda's zone, Bernardo Romeo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Walczyk came out of the goal and Bernardo Romeo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Mauda getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Krzysztof Mios hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Zachariasz Danisiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marek Rykaczewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Salomone having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Mauda's Primitivo Salomone threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benedykt Palzewicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mauda's Artur Walczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Ofelio in the 25th minute of play. After 26 minutes of play, Mauda's Mikolaj Niewiadomski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Primitivo Salomone was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the game, Siro Paio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAN LORENZO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mauda the free kick. After a rather tough play, SAN LORENZO FC's Siro Paio got a free kick in the 34th minute. Artur Walczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Ofelio in the 37th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of SAN LORENZO FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mauda:s goal. Primitivo Salomone had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Benedykt Palzewicz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Cezary Antoszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marek Rykaczewski hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Krzysztof Mios made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SAN LORENZO FC's zone, Cezary Antoszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Salomone came out of the goal and Cezary Antoszewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Gaspar Cordarryl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN LORENZO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Cordarryl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaspar Cordarryl struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Artur Walczyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN LORENZO FC. Primitivo Salomone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Palzewicz in the 62nd minute of play. Marek Rykaczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauda's Cezary Antoszewski got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artur Walczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Romeo, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SAN LORENZO FC's zone, Benedykt Palzewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After some careless play in the SAN LORENZO FC defense, Krzysztof Mios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Primitivo Salomone. The SAN LORENZO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Primitivo Salomone should have stopped the shot. Artur Walczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Romeo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Benedykt Palzewicz hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When Marek Rykaczewski came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Mauda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Rykaczewski couldn't finish the play. After 89 played minutes Mauda got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Antoszewski. Roberto Lorenz's late challenge caught a Mauda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Lorenz helped the player get up and apologised. Roberto Lorenz kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
