Spectators: 7695 (Terracing: 5772, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paul Käcker got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Käcker in the 2nd minute of play forced FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Steffen Heeling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Unterrudling's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carolus Rex was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Lions FC's players had a chance to rest. Kilian Hegen thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Steffen Heeling, a very annoying self made goal in the 4th minute which led to 0-1. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Sven-Erik Valström hit a great ball. When Golden Lions FC's Paul Käcker in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Unterrudling's goalie prevented a goal. Steffen Heeling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Käcker in the 15th minute of play. Steffen Heeling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Hegg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Manuel Kubisch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Lilja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Unterrudling getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Helmut Brabec hit a great ball. Steffen Heeling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Käcker, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, FC Unterrudling's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Käcker came free, but Steffen Heeling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, FC Unterrudling's Bastian Selmser sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johannes Lilja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of FC Unterrudling booed when Golden Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Erik Valström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Helmut Brabec hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Steffen Heeling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolus Rex in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Paul Käcker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Heeling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Unterrudling players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Golden Lions FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin Trame stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Ingvar Sundström got a very nice opportunity to score, but Steffen Heeling was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 53rd minute, Paul Käcker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Steffen Heeling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Käcker in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, FC Unterrudling's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Hegg came free, but Steffen Heeling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertil Hegg got free with Steffen Heeling in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC Unterrudling's Kilian Hegen got a free kick in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's Carolus Rex broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 63rd minute, Paul Käcker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steffen Heeling was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Ingvar Sundström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ingvar Sundström really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Billström in the 68th minute of play forced FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Steffen Heeling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 minutes, Ingvar Sundström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golden Lions FC and the FC Unterrudling players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Sundström. In the 72nd match minute, FC Unterrudling was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Diekelmann to maneuver through the defense. Steffen Heeling was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bertil Hegg. 75 minutes into the game, Paul Käcker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Steffen Heeling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aron Billström hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Kennet Broberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 83 minutes, Helmut Brabec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Unterrudling's supporters crossed their fingers, but Helmut Brabec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Carolus Rex hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Steffen Heeling was a little too slow when Aron Billström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in FC Unterrudling's zone, Paul Käcker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steffen Heeling came out of the goal and Paul Käcker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
