A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Carolus Rex hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arotza Abajas came free, but Johannes Lilja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Käcker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Espiridion Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Käcker in the 16th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carolus Rex during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute, Xabat Abaurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes, Sven-Erik Valström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golden Lions FC and the Kalatakaya F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sven-Erik Valström kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Espiridion Abecia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Billström in the 33rd minute of play. Xabat Abaurre took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johannes Lilja. Johannes Lilja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 39th minute Aron Billström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Espiridion Abecia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Golden Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Sundström to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paul Käcker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Axel Samuelsson got a free kick in the 51st minute. Dantel Abaunza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Johannes Lilja made a huge save. Johannes Lilja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xabat Abaurre in the 53rd minute. Aron Billström struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Espiridion Abecia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Lions FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paul Käcker in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Espiridion Abecia saved Kalatakaya F.C. from getting behind. Ingvar Sundström hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Arotza Abajas notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Golden Lions FC's Johannes Lilja. Johannes Lilja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paul Käcker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Espiridion Abecia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Arotza Abajas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johannes Lilja was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Bertil Hegg kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, Dantel Abaunza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kalatakaya F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Lions FC the free kick. After 80 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dantel Abaunza. Carolus Rex took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Espiridion Abecia. Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Carolus Rex was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Carolus Rex hit a great ball. In the 95th minute of the match Alfred Sandberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Espiridion Abecia skillfully saved the ball. Kalatakaya F.C. played a much better game than Golden Lions FC and deserved their victory. The Golden Lions FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
