Kim Ekman started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Gavril Cozaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viggo Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viggo Berg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rareș Lucian in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Åhlberg in the 10th minute of play forced ⚡FC Muntenia09⚡'s goalkeeper Dacian Smarandache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ⚡FC Muntenia09⚡ booed when Wyoming Cowboys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the ⚡FC Muntenia09⚡ defense, Bo Malmgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Smarandache. The ⚡FC Muntenia09⚡ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Smarandache should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute, Allan Jonasson made a precise shot to the right of Dacian Smarandache. ⚡FC Muntenia09⚡'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Wiktor Ingvall kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toader Nițulescu in the 41st minute of play forced Wyoming Cowboys's goalkeeper Viggo Berg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavril Cozaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viggo Berg having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gavril Cozaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Allan Jonasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute Rareș Lucian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viggo Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Wyoming Cowboys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Malmgren to maneuver through the defense. Edvin Jönsätt kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Gavril Cozaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 played minutes Wyoming Cowboys got a freekick which was hit by Algot Brodin. Viggo Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorel Cercelescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Algot Brodin during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Wyoming Cowboys's Algot Brodin got a free kick in the 87th minute. Viggo Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavril Cozaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Wiktor Ingvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Edvin Jönsätt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see ⚡FC Muntenia09⚡'s Nichifor Vătăşel in action when he in the 96th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Wyoming Cowboys walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
