Matias Eder made a great header on Águilas Poblanas's corner, it was just that REAL RIO CRVG's Régis Mota managed to reach the ball for a save. 17 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's goal looked a bit too open when Telmo Medeiros came free, but Cornelio Mino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Águilas Poblanas's Cornelio Mino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Águilas Poblanas from getting a goal against them. Régis Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Guerau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
