Spectators: 7874 (Terracing: 5906, Seating: 1811, VIP seats: 157) ISPARTASPOR U21's Şeray Özgenay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, ISPARTASPOR U21's Şeray Özgenay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dennis Wallin. Dennis Wallin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 8th minute Gürhan Hadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Wallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Enginsu Özmen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ISPARTASPOR U21's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Gunners the free kick. In the 11th match minute, ISPARTASPOR U21 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enginsu Özmen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pontus Berglund in the 12th minute of play forced ISPARTASPOR U21's goalkeeper Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Andreas Ahlbeck notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ISPARTASPOR U21's Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu. Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 26 minutes of play, The Gunners's Pontus Berglund made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Magne Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When Şeray Özgenay fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ISPARTASPOR U21's protests and gave Şeray Özgenay a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes ISPARTASPOR U21 got a freekick which was hit by Şeray Özgenay. In the 43rd minute of the match Jens-Erik Granström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Benjamin Tunander made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind ISPARTASPOR U21's goalkeeper Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dennis Wallin came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by ISPARTASPOR U21's Şeray Özgenay. But to his dismay, Şeray Özgenay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Pontus Berglund might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pontus Berglund ran back to his position shaking his head. Magne Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Mark Blixt kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes ISPARTASPOR U21 got a freekick which was hit by Şeray Özgenay. In the 73rd minute of the match Jens-Erik Granström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu skillfully saved the ball. 76 minutes into the match, ISPARTASPOR U21's goalkeeper Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Tunander. Pontus Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu having to interfere. ISPARTASPOR U21's Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save ISPARTASPOR U21 from getting a goal against them. In the 84th play minute Benjamin Tunander came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu. 3-4. Benjamin Tunander came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, ISPARTASPOR U21's Enginsu Özmen got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 93 minutes of play, The Gunners's Benjamin Tunander made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The The Gunners players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
