Leftraro's Demetrio Amesti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitch Batshuayi in the 29th minute of play. Demetrio Amesti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürhan Hadi in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, C.F. Leftraro's goalkeeper Demetrio Amesti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mitch Batshuayi. Demetrio Amesti was a little too slow when Çakır Serir got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-0. Enginsu Özmen kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, C.F. Leftraro's José Francisco Ross nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Vefik İlhanoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
