In the 8th minute Florín Reveco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laerte da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Francisco Ross, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The corner led C.F. Leftraro's Abelado Lavalle to fire away a dangerous shot which Laerte da Silveira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Demetrio Amesti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christiano Travassos in the 13th minute. A collision led to Olivedos getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Natã Martins hit a great ball. Silas Tasso charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silas Tasso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silas Tasso hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Abelado Lavalle, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Laerte da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florín Reveco in the 26th minute of the match. Olivedos's Laerte da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Francisco Ross in the 27th minute of play. Raimundo do Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oséias Nunes during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Olivedos getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Oséias Nunes hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Abelado Lavalle sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Olivedos's Laerte da Silveira didn't even have to move. Edvaldo Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edvaldo Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Olivedos's Edvaldo Lima got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Natã Martins fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olivedos's protests and gave Natã Martins a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Olivedos getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Natã Martins hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christiano Travassos was the one to do the kick off. Demetrio Amesti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Travassos in the 56th minute of the match. 60 minutes in the game, José Francisco Ross fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Laerte da Silveira having to interfere. José Francisco Ross fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laerte da Silveira having to interfere. The supporters of C.F. Leftraro booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christiano Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silas Tasso was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Olivedos! In the 75th minute there was a penalty for C.F. Leftraro. Abelado Lavalle stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Laerte da Silveira. 0-1. After 80 played minutes Olivedos got a freekick which was hit by João Adolfo Pombal. After recieving a nice pass, C.F. Leftraro's Abelado Lavalle tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lauro Monsalve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laerte da Silveira having to interfere. Raimundo do Nascimento hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 96th match minute, Olivedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Adolfo Pombal to maneuver through the defense.
