Spectators: 7762 (Terracing: 5823, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Evandro Azeredo made the kick off which started today's match. Teo Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evandro Azeredo in the 10th minute of play. Jacob Lameiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacob Lameiras was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Inocencio Inautzi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Inocencio Inautzi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Abalos got free with Jacob Lameiras in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute, Cristian Farias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacob Lameiras. The goal made the score 2-0. When Aristides Mascarenhas came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the LA COSA NOSTRA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Mascarenhas couldn't finish the play. After 25 minutes of play, Villa La Perla's Inocencio Inautzi made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacob Lameiras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Noel Curado hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Micael Portugal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Adérito Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 minutes of play, Villa La Perla's Silvio Umbruso made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacob Lameiras was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 38 played minutes Villa La Perla got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Kemen. Teo Erauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evandro Azeredo in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa La Perla's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adérito Castro was slow to take the kick. During this time LA COSA NOSTRA's players had a chance to rest. Adérito Castro made a great header on LA COSA NOSTRA's corner, it was just that Villa La Perla's Teo Erauso managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 44th match minute, Villa La Perla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Umbruso to maneuver through the defense. Teo Erauso came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by LA COSA NOSTRA's Evandro Azeredo. But to his dismay, Evandro Azeredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The wind increased when Cristian Farias made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Cristian Farias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacob Lameiras was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Farias in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacob Lameiras saved LA COSA NOSTRA from getting behind. Inocencio Inautzi took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacob Lameiras. Jacob Lameiras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. After 61 played minutes LA COSA NOSTRA got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Toscano. LA COSA NOSTRA's Jacob Lameiras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Farias in the 64th minute of play. After 66 minutes, Joaquin Juvenal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa La Perla and the LA COSA NOSTRA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Villa La Perla's Joaquin Juvenal got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Cristian Farias made a precise shot to the right of Jacob Lameiras. LA COSA NOSTRA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Joaquin Juvenal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Erauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evandro Azeredo in the 74th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evandro Azeredo in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teo Erauso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 76 minutes of play, Villa La Perla's Cristian Farias made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacob Lameiras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Farias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacob Lameiras having to make a save. Jacob Lameiras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Umbruso, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute Cristian Farias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Lameiras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Villa La Perla players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
