Joinville Esporte Clube's Marquinhos Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Pombal in the 20th minute of play. Marquinhos Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hortêncio de Queiroz in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Pombal in the 23rd minute of play forced Joinville Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Marquinhos Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
