Claudinho Valle started the match with the kick off. In the 12th minute, Germano Custódio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pelle Andreasson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Hjalmar Ahlén got a free kick in the 18th minute. Pelle Andreasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Germano Custódio went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute Germano Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelle Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Emerson Viana fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's protests and gave Emerson Viana a yellow card for diving instead. Emerson Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB made a substitution. Geovanni Paraibano replaced Claudinho Valle. In the 25th minute, Emerson Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Bernt Löfskog in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Afonsinho Duarte. Pelle Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of TRICOSHOW F.CLUB booed when Strömsbro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sune Tunström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 played minutes TRICOSHOW F.CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Afonsinho Duarte. Vicente Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörn Hermansson in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Germano Custódio got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, Jörn Hermansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th match minute, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonsinho Duarte to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jörn Hermansson made a kick off. Pelle Andreasson came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Mauro Abreu. But to his dismay, Mauro Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 57th minute Ivan Billberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Billberg in the 64th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Raí Vargas in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Strömsbro IF's Jan-Erik Ingemarsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Billberg in the 69th minute of play forced TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper Vicente Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72nd play minutes Ivan Billberg shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Vicente Lara and just under the crossbar into goal. 1-4 became the score in the 76th minute when Germano Custódio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 79 played minutes TRICOSHOW F.CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Francisco de Carvalho. After a rather tough play, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Emerson Viana got a free kick in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Billberg in the 84th minute of play forced TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper Vicente Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
