After 3 played minutes 25 de Abril Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Roldan. When Benjamin Berto came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the 25 de Abril Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Berto couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute Benjamin Berto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Maximo Mitxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Sá in the 12th minute of play. If Faustão Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Benjamin Berto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Emiliano Sandaili got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 22 played minutes, Master Champion BMX Flat's Edson Guimarães shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximo Mitxel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Master Champion BMX Flat reached it. The supporters of Master Champion BMX Flat booed when 25 de Abril Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Fix didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolas Simões to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luiz de Godoi in the 53rd minute of play forced 25 de Abril Futbol Club's goalkeeper Maximo Mitxel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Berto got his second yellow card in the match during the 58th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Master Champion BMX Flat booed when 25 de Abril Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Mitxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's André Luiz de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximo Mitxel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dário Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Roldan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 de Abril Futbol Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
