Spectators: 7719 (Terracing: 5790, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) After 4 played minutes, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Tiberiu Ştati shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvano Benat came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in F.C CLUJ MEDICINA reached it. After a rather tough play, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Grigore Greblă got a free kick in the 7th minute. Mihail Onaca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Primeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Mateo Primeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihail Onaca having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Cecilio Afonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hermosillo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cecilio Afonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihail Onaca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute, Grigore Greblă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Hermosillo FC's Mateo Primeiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mihail Onaca. Mihail Onaca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Mihail Onaca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cecilio Afonso in the 35th minute. Mihail Onaca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cecilio Afonso's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. When Hermosillo FC's Cecilio Afonso in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 42 minutes, Eusebio Calvet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hermosillo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Calvet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mihail Onaca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Primeiro in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46thth minute of the game Eusebio Calvet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Mihail Onaca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 62nd minute, Ion Gheondea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mateo Primeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mihail Onaca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Afonso in the 65th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Afonso in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mihail Onaca saved F.C CLUJ MEDICINA from getting behind. After 69 played minutes F.C CLUJ MEDICINA got a freekick which was hit by Ion Gheondea. Hermosillo FC's Saturnino Endura got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Grigore Mavrodin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Hermosillo FC's Cecilio Afonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mihail Onaca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 78th match minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Mavrodin to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Corneliu Borogeanu got a free kick in the 81st minute. A collision led to Hermosillo FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Bernardino Tercero hit a great ball. Grigore Mavrodin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silvano Benat came out and tried to block the shot, but Grigore Mavrodin slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 84th minute. In the 88th minute, Grigore Mavrodin made a precise shot to the right of Silvano Benat. Hermosillo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Cecilio Afonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihail Onaca having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hermosillo FC fully deserved thier win.
