Nevşehirspor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ahmet Seyfi Güneş in the 4th minute. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ɍυƒυs™'s goalkeeper Lourenço Velasques, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gusmão Leiria scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abdulkerim Bir, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Serdar Dursun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Lourenço Velasques made a huge save. Ateş Samih could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Lourenço Velasques made a huge save. Serdar Dursun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Nevşehirspor's Serdar Dursun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lourenço Velasques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Nevşehirspor's Serdar Dursun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lourenço Velasques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, Serdar Dursun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lourenço Velasques. Serdar Dursun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serdar Dursun in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lourenço Velasques saved Ɍυƒυs™ from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gusmão Leiria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ɍυƒυs™'s Hélder Resende got a free kick in the 54th minute. Abdulkerim Bir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gusmão Leiria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 minutes, Ricardo Meira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ɍυƒυs™ and the Nevşehirspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 64 played minutes Ɍυƒυs™ got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Meira. In the 69th minute, Ecevit Tan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Ɍυƒυs™'s goal looked a bit too open when Serdar Dursun came free, but Lourenço Velasques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Nevşehirspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olcay Geylan to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Nevşehirspor's goalkeeper Abdulkerim Bir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilson Maciel. When Ɍυƒυs™'s Gusmão Leiria in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 75th minute Gusmão Leiria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdulkerim Bir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lourenço Velasques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serdar Dursun in the 78th minute of the match. Abdulkerim Bir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gusmão Leiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Wilson Maciel notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Nevşehirspor's Abdulkerim Bir. Abdulkerim Bir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ecevit Tan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
