In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Domenec got free with Tomé Mota in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Lúcio Viana made a precise shot to the right of Alejo Gaspard. Luganeros AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Domenec in the 26th minute of play forced Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Agua Santa booed when Luganeros AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Sanchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agua Santa's Pedro Luís Arantes was substituted for Murilo Fernandes. In the 60th minute, Ariel Sanchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lúcio Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Gaspard having to interfere. Luganeros AFC's attentive Salvador Bihar managed to snatch the ball when Danilo Palmeira made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 64th minute Cipriano Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gaspard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 71 minutes, Gilberto Domenec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luganeros AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Domenec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomé Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Domenec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Cléberson do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Téo Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, La Colabianchi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Agua Santa's Tomé Mota didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Agua Santa's Danilo Palmeira got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes, Luganeros AFC's La Colabianchi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tomé Mota came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Luganeros AFC reached it. Gilberto Domenec kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Agua Santa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Téo Tróia to maneuver through the defense.
