Ovidiu Moțoc kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Ovidiu Moțoc's late challenge caught a C.S.D Punta Ballena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidiu Moțoc helped the player get up and apologised. Ovidiu Moțoc hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Pompiliu Vizitiu made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Bonifaco Villalcazar sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Sandu Onciu got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Pompiliu Vizitiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jusepe Arcelay in the 30th minute of the match. Bartoli Navagos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Ticulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Remus Ticulescu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Bonifaco Villalcazar shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 38th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Pompiliu Vizitiu but with some difficulty. 40 minutes into the match, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goal looked a bit too open when Jusepe Arcelay came free, but Pompiliu Vizitiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Jusepe Arcelay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Isaias Fuertehijar made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Jusepe Arcelay managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S.D Punta Ballena's supporters rose to their feet, but Jusepe Arcelay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pompiliu Vizitiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Bartoli Navagos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radu Dacian in the 58th minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Nicolae Niculcea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S.D Punta Ballena the free kick. C.S.D Punta Ballena made a substitution. Efraim Dorrego replaced Larra Briz. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Juan-Carlos Casares was substituted for Jusepe Arcelay. Nicolae Niculcea kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Bartoli Navagos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save C.S.D Punta Ballena from getting a goal against them. In the 66th match minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radu Dacian to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Horaţiu Aurelianu could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Bartoli Navagos however easily saved by the left post. When Teo Trasgallo fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.S.D Punta Ballena's protests and gave Teo Trasgallo a yellow card for diving instead. Sandu Onciu hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Pompiliu Vizitiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bonifaco Villalcazar went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Erubiel Solana charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erubiel Solana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erubiel Solana hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Horaţiu Aurelianu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C Ａ R D I N Ａ L fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
