Pompiliu Vizitiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Guilherme Toscano in the 3rd minute of the match. Pompiliu Vizitiu came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by DENVER™'s Luiz Guilherme Toscano. But to his dismay, Luiz Guilherme Toscano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurențiu Plăcintă in the 18th minute of play forced DENVER™'s goalkeeper Dida Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to C Ａ R D I N Ａ L getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Remus Ticulescu hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horaţiu Aurelianu got free with Dida Brasil in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. DENVER™'s Dida Brasil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save DENVER™ from getting a goal against them. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudiu Gioagă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pompiliu Vizitiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Romero in the 30th minute of the match. Mathias Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 43 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Caio de Mendonça.

In the 51st minute, Waldir Romero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DENVER™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Laurențiu Plăcintă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, DENVER™'s Waldir Romero got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 73rd minute, Kléber Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Grigore Şiman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Grigore Şiman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of C Ａ R D I N Ａ L protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Grigore Şiman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.
