After a rather tough play, Suprs Academia's Cristiano Santiago got a free kick in the 6th minute. Isaias Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Corderun came free, but Manuel Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Pakorro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Murillo to maneuver through the defense. If Julian Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Pakorro AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Zico came free, but Nemesio Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Rocio in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Pakorro AFC booed when Suprs Academia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Zico didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Suprs Academia's Manuel Silveira got control of the ball when Augusto Chorche tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Galo came free, but Manuel Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Marcelo Guerreiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nemesio Bernal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Manuel Silveira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 43rd match minute, Suprs Academia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telmo Lousada to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute Jorge Rocio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Héctor Chirol to strike the kick off in the second half. Jorge Rocio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Silveira having to interfere. Manuel Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Rocio in the 56th minute of the match. The corner led to Pakorro AFC's Timoteo Corderun getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Pakorro AFC made a substitution. Marcos Pabla replaced Timoteo Corderun. In the 68th match minute, Pakorro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Mino to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Carlos Froila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nemesio Bernal made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Bento Viegas sent off a good shot on target. 79 minutes into the match, Pakorro AFC's Elpidio Mino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Silveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Albertino lacerda came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Suprs Academia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albertino lacerda couldn't finish the play. Isaias Murillo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 83 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, Pakorro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Murillo to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Pakorro AFC's goalkeeper Nemesio Bernal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arthur Zico. The audience was convinced that Julian Galo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Silveira was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Bento Viegas kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st match minute, Pakorro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Rocio to maneuver through the defense. Nemesio Bernal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Zico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Suprs Academia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
