With an all-out effort, Armageddon's Henry Forsberg threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Magnus Õng, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Eklund in the 6th minute of play forced Armageddon's goalkeeper Rein Reiljan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Olof Berggren hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Di Röe's Henry Forsberg got control of the ball when Imre Karus tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute, Marc Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Di Röe's zone, Imre Karus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Forsberg came out of the goal and Imre Karus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marc Eklund took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rein Reiljan. Rein Reiljan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 21 minutes into the game, Albert Nyman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Di Röe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Armageddon the free kick. After 21 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Albert Nyman. After 25 minutes, Isac Norström made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Armageddon's Rein Reiljan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rein Reiljan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Norström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Di Röe's Henry Forsberg got control of the ball when Mairo Kirst tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Konrad Uba came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Armageddon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Konrad Uba couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Isac Norström made a precise shot to the right of Rein Reiljan. Armageddon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Imre Karus made a kick off. Henry Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mairo Kirst, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Marc Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armageddon made a substitution. Ken Maarjamaa replaced Hugo Kaar. After 58 played minutes Armageddon got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Oit. 60 minutes into the game, Imre Karus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Armageddon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Di Röe the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Armageddon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Imre Karus to maneuver through the defense. Marc Eklund succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 65th playminute. After having played for 68 minutes, Marc Eklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Di Röe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marc Eklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Konrad Uba notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Di Röe's Henry Forsberg. Henry Forsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rein Reiljan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Eklund in the 77th minute of play. Armageddon's Rein Reiljan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peder Salqvist in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Uba came free, but Henry Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Ken Maarjamaa made a precise shot to the right of Henry Forsberg. Di Röe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Henry Forsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mairo Kirst, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken Maarjamaa in the 93rd minute of play forced Di Röe's goalkeeper Henry Forsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Armageddon booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olov Kihlman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Di Röe eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
