The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabio Omero during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Justo Luke ran back to his position shaking his head. Anacleto Tabby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Sarracino having to interfere. Fidel Ferrer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Messi in the 95th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
