Spectators: 7972 (Terracing: 5980, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Evaristo Pelagius started the match with the kick off. Atletas Campesinos F.C. were furious when Delmar Seme was red carded, 3 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Atletas Campesinos F.C. getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Delmar Seme hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes, Älta BK's Philip Strömberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Israel Bortzaioriz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Älta BK reached it. A collision led to Älta BK getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Kenny Månsson hit a great ball. Evaristo Pelagius's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hjalmar Hedvall firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Atletas Campesinos F.C. booed when Älta BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Evaristo Pelagius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Bortzaioriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Kieft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hjalmar Hedvall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaristo Pelagius in the 18th minute. Israel Bortzaioriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Danielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Antonio Isidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Hjalmar Hedvall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, Älta BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. After 46 played minutes Atletas Campesinos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Pelagius. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnold Bruggink to make the kick off. After 54 minutes, Javier Burutzagi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletas Campesinos F.C. and the Älta BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 played minutes Atletas Campesinos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Javier Burutzagi. A collision led to Atletas Campesinos F.C. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Damaso Nataniel hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes Älta BK got a freekick which was hit by Philip Strömberg. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Pelagius in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hjalmar Hedvall saved Älta BK from getting behind. After 66 minutes, Joel Danielsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Älta BK and the Atletas Campesinos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Älta BK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Joel Danielsson hit a great ball. Älta BK's Eric Björk was substituted for Nils-Emil Engman. The supporters of Atletas Campesinos F.C. booed when Älta BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Danielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hjalmar Hedvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Pelagius in the 69th minute of the match. Evaristo Pelagius took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hjalmar Hedvall. Hjalmar Hedvall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Hjalmar Hedvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Quintyn in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute of the match Atletas Campesinos F.C. got a corner. Älta BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antonio Isidor ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 80th minute, Eric Björk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Älta BK's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Isidor came free, but Hjalmar Hedvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Älta BK's Hjalmar Hedvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Pelagius in the 90th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Älta BK's zone, Javier Burutzagi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hjalmar Hedvall came out of the goal and Javier Burutzagi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Älta BK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atletas Campesinos F.C. throughout the match.
