The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vimaro Buerga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Telo Pongó in the 3rd minute. Made in Paraguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martinez Cardenas in the 9th minute. Martinez Cardenas made a great header on Made in Paraguay's corner, it was just that Barrio Norte FC's Gaspar Babul managed to reach the ball for a save. Vimaro Buerga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Telo Pongó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loi Arteaga in the 17th minute of play forced Barrio Norte FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Babul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes, Telo Pongó mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrio Norte FC and the Made in Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Made in Paraguay booed when Barrio Norte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telo Pongó didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaspar Babul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Locaio Jerez in the 31st minute of play. After 38 minutes, Hugo Marileo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrio Norte FC and the Made in Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hugo Marileo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. With a little luck, Made in Paraguay's Vimaro Buerga got control of the ball when Telo Pongó tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute Locaio Jerez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Babul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Abel Espejo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrio Norte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Made in Paraguay the free kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Espejo made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Telo Pongó cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Vimaro Buerga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Made in Paraguay booed when Barrio Norte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Espejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute Telo Pongó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vimaro Buerga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Barrio Norte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernandez Negron came free, but Gaspar Babul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Babul came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Made in Paraguay's Hernandez Negron. But to his dismay, Hernandez Negron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Locaio Jerez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Gaspar Babul skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vimaro Buerga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Espejo in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Gogo Villagra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Made in Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrio Norte FC the free kick. After 75 played minutes Made in Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Villagra. Mete Chulets hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Barrio Norte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martinez Cardenas came free, but Gaspar Babul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Martinez Cardenas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Made in Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrio Norte FC the free kick. Martinez Cardenas kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Abel Espejo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barrio Norte FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. A collision led to Barrio Norte FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Abel Espejo hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Telo Pongó in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vimaro Buerga saved Made in Paraguay from getting behind. Made in Paraguay's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
