Melquiades Benino kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Teodosio Viator notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hummerfiskarna's Vilgot Palm. Vilgot Palm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 34 minutes into the game, Gert Hermansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hummerfiskarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave All Boys the free kick. All Boys's Nereo Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Lövgren in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Benino in the 42nd minute of play forced Hummerfiskarna's goalkeeper Vilgot Palm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Hummerfiskarna's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Benino came free, but Vilgot Palm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vilgot Palm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Benino in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernt Ersman to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Kevin Wållander notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of All Boys's Nereo Acevedo. Nereo Acevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kevin Wållander in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nereo Acevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kjell Stolpe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nereo Acevedo. All Boys's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melquiades Benino got free with Vilgot Palm in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All Boys's Nereo Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Lövgren in the 72nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Aguirre during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 minutes, Eric Lövgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hummerfiskarna and the All Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vilgot Palm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melquiades Benino in the 85th minute. Melquiades Benino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Vilgot Palm made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 89 minutes into the game, when Kurt Vallander put in a rough tackle. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Suero in the 90th minute of play forced Hummerfiskarna's goalkeeper Vilgot Palm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Cayetano Ayala suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Kevin Wållander fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hummerfiskarna's protests and gave Kevin Wållander a yellow card for diving instead. All Boys made a substitution. Emanuel Palban replaced Cayetano Ayala. Hummerfiskarna's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
