After a defensive mix-up in PHOENIX SC's zone, Osvaldinho de Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Markus Sirait came out of the goal and Osvaldinho de Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the match, IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s goal looked a bit too open when Ceppy Sarbini came free, but Celsinho Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Asep Ridholhaqqi who took care of the corner kick. PHOENIX SC's Asep Ridholhaqqi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Celsinho Cerezo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané de Queiroz in the 15th minute of play forced PHOENIX SC's goalkeeper Markus Sirait to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Charles Pereira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Didi Branco's late challenge caught a PHOENIX SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Didi Branco helped the player get up and apologised. 22 minutes into the match, IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s goal looked a bit too open when Ceppy Sarbini came free, but Celsinho Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Zulfikar Dharmasakti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldinho de Amaral scored 3-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Markus Sirait, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 33 minutes into the game, Jerônimo Paes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PHOENIX SC the free kick. With his leg Markus Sirait managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Osvaldinho de Amaral fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Markus Sirait made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Didi Branco sent off a good shot on target. With 45 minutes on the clock, Harry Hudaya commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PHOENIX SC! The goalkeeper, Markus Sirait, was totally fooled by IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Osvaldinho de Amaral, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvaldinho de Amaral to make the kick off. When Trent Alexander-Arnold fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PHOENIX SC's protests and gave Trent Alexander-Arnold a yellow card for diving instead. Trent Alexander-Arnold hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, Asep Ridholhaqqi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PHOENIX SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ the free kick. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX SC's Asep Ridholhaqqi got a free kick in the 64th minute. Markus Sirait took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldinho de Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celsinho Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Butet Wilza in the 74th minute of the match. IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Celsinho Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asep Ridholhaqqi in the 79th minute of play. PHOENIX SC's Christopher Kalengkongan was substituted for Hotman Winar. Zulfikar Dharmasakti hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Markus Sirait took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Butet Wilza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Celsinho Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christopher Kalengkongan scored 4-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celsinho Cerezo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ could leave the field as winners, despite PHOENIX SC having more of the ball for most of the match.
