In the 4th minute Mateo Rosario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atanas Dlúgnekov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th match minute, FC CSKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vangel Dinev to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filcho Angelchev during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Filcho Angelchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Ramón Quiroga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the game, Rafail Bumbovski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ramón Quiroga. Rafail Bumbovski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ramón Quiroga made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Velko Goleminov sent off a good shot on target. Venancio Muelas's late challenge caught a FC CSKA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Venancio Muelas helped the player get up and apologised. Venancio Muelas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Rafail Bumbovski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramón Quiroga was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 40 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goalkeeper Ramón Quiroga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Velko Goleminov. In the 42nd minute, Xurde Solana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Manolito Flores hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rafail Bumbovski made the kick off in the second half. Ramón Quiroga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafail Bumbovski in the 61st minute of the match. Ramón Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Velko Goleminov in the 62nd minute of play. Marco-Antonio Climent kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goal looked a bit too open when Rafail Bumbovski came free, but Ramón Quiroga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramón Quiroga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filcho Angelchev in the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of FC CSKA booed when F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco-Antonio Climent didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC CSKA's Genko Kalpachki couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA. In the 73rd minute of the match, Rafael Carreira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Atanas Dlúgnekov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Joachim Dobale kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ramón Quiroga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kamen Sarandev went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 94 played minutes F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA got a freekick which was hit by Xurde Solana. When the referee ended the match the FC CSKA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
