Börna Bulldogs's David Lindell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Gallberg in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Malmberg in the 8th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper David Lindell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roy Bennet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but David Lindell made a huge save. Börna Bulldogs's David Lindell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Gallberg in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Alström in the 14th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Georg Vallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roy Gallberg charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roy Gallberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Roy Gallberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Börna Bulldogs getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Josef Gallin hit a great ball. A throw-in in the 18th minute of the game was made by Joakim Kilström with Richard Bergman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 21 played minutes Protegéerna got a freekick which was hit by Anders Malmberg. After having played for 22 minutes, Emil Alström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Börna Bulldogs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emil Alström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Claes Stålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Roy Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. David Lindell made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Roy Bennet sent off a good shot on target. David Lindell came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Protegéerna's Roy Bennet. But to his dismay, Roy Bennet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Roy Gallberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Lindell having to interfere. A collision led to Börna Bulldogs getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Kjell-Arne Sander hit a great ball. With a little luck, Börna Bulldogs's David Lindell got control of the ball when Roy Bennet tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Protegéerna's Roy Bennet in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Börna Bulldogs's goalie prevented a goal. If Roy Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Roy Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Roy Bennet made the kick off in the second half. David Lindell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roy Bennet's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Alexander Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Lindell having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Olof Löfkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roy Bennet scored 2-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Lindell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Protegéerna's Börge Arenberg was substituted for Alexander Lundström. Protegéerna's Oscar Löfgren was substituted for Fredrik Billberg. David Lindell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Gallberg in the 69th minute of the match. David Lindell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Bennet, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper David Lindell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute of the match Protegéerna got a corner. Börna Bulldogs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olof Löfkvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Protegéerna's corner Olof Löfkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Lindell quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roy Bennet in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Lindell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roy Bennet took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Lindell. David Lindell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Roy Bennet kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. David Lindell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Protegéerna's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
