Spectators: 8002 (Terracing: 6003, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) After 5 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Michael Stekelenburg. When Gerard Mulder in the 15th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Evelio Gines kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bal op het Dak's zone, Rolando Medina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taco Neeskens came out of the goal and Rolando Medina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taco Neeskens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Medina in the 25th minute of play. In the 27thth minute of the game Rolando Medina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bal op het Dak's Taco Neeskens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Taco Neeskens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Erruki, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Taco Neeskens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Rolando Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taco Neeskens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nereo Pancho hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The long shot by Sven Keupink in the 36th minute really tested Evelio Gines's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Medina in the 39th minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Taco Neeskens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Gerard Mulder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Gines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rolando Medina made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Acratas Unidos booed when FC Bal op het Dak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Keupink didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Edwin Batum left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Bal op het Dak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Acratas Unidos getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Rolando Medina hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Acratas Unidos's goal looked a bit too open when Gerard Mulder came free, but Evelio Gines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Pirmin during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Hendrik Anneese replaced Kristof Numan. After 73 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Lino Pirmin. Sjaak Saarloos struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Evelio Gines didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bal op het Dak. Gerard Mulder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Evelio Gines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Acratas Unidos's Haroldo Erruki got a free kick in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the Acratas Unidos defense, Gerard Mulder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evelio Gines. The Acratas Unidos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evelio Gines should have stopped the shot. Evelio Gines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerard Mulder, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Sven Keupink hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
