Spectators: 8027 (Terracing: 6022, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 159) Venancio Pancho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, 1989 Blxsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Pancho to maneuver through the defense. Heine Dotte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Erruki in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fjodor Dostoevskiy in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santo Shantala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oscar Erruki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heine Dotte having to interfere. Santo Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Obinna Nagaenko in the 20th minute of the match. With a little luck, 1989 Blxsk's Santo Shantala got control of the ball when Justin Vintersten tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match, Fjodor Dostoevskiy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Santo Shantala saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 27 minutes, Emanuel Markel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1989 Blxsk and the Injuries players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, one of 1989 Blxsk:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 1989 Blxsk. Justin Vintersten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Santo Shantala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Venancio Pancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heine Dotte was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Injuries getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Karljohan Norlander hit a great ball. In the 45th minute Fjodor Dostoevskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

1989 Blxsk's Carlos Gerazan was substituted for Oscar Erruki. 54 minutes into the match, 1989 Blxsk's goal looked a bit too open when Justin Vintersten came free, but Santo Shantala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karljohan Norlander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in 1989 Blxsk's zone, Victor Obinna Nagaenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Shantala came out of the goal and Victor Obinna Nagaenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santo Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justin Vintersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Carlos Gerazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1989 Blxsk's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Gerazan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heine Dotte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Obinna Nagaenko in the 87th minute of play forced 1989 Blxsk's goalkeeper Santo Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heine Dotte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Gerazan in the 93rd minute of play. After having played for 96 minutes, Braulio Santio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1989 Blxsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Braulio Santio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
