Torcuato Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronnie Blakeley, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Ronnie Blakeley charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronnie Blakeley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SIMvergüenzas booed when Coventry Wasps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronnie Blakeley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Bridgewater's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torcuato Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 30th minute Ronnie Blakeley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torcuato Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Vinnie Smith had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Torcuato Garcia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Bridgewater went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the match, Lucas Bridgewater notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SIMvergüenzas's Torcuato Garcia. Torcuato Garcia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 42 minutes into the match, Coventry Wasps's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Calderon came free, but Dylan Bartlett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Coventry Wasps booed when SIMvergüenzas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eneko Quesada didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bero Freire was the one to do the kick off. Bero Freire struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Dylan Bartlett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SIMvergüenzas. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Rick Arrowsmith got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Coventry Wasps's Ronnie Blakeley slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Torcuato Garcia. That made the score 0-3 after 60 minutes of play. Ronnie Blakeley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torcuato Garcia having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Lucas Bridgewater reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Torcuato Garcia. The goal made the score 0-4. Torcuato Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rick Arrowsmith in the 73rd minute of play. Rick Arrowsmith had several of the SIMvergüenzas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 74 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Torcuato Garcia as he didn't even see the shot coming. Coventry Wasps's Kris Oddy was substituted for Lucas Bridgewater. Ronnie Blakeley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kris Oddy got free with Torcuato Garcia in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the game, Rafael Mayol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SIMvergüenzas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coventry Wasps the free kick. After 83 played minutes Coventry Wasps got a freekick which was hit by Vinnie Smith. Kevin Pilgrim kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Kris Oddy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coventry Wasps fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6.
