Gil Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lillebror Svantesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Ove Bergström hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Jaime de Mendonça took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Viggo Alfors. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Viggo Alfors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Galo Mineiro in the 47th minute of play. In the 47th minute Galo Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viggo Alfors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Saran Abdul Qadir made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Galo Mineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jan-Ove Bergström fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mörknäs Electric Vikings's protests and gave Jan-Ove Bergström a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Percy Prestes got a free kick in the 85th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Birger Hedkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gil Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Mattos came free, but Viggo Alfors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galo Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
