In the 89th minute Giuliano David shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Cielencki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match Villaverde Celeste Clube got a corner. Modlau's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Róbson Donato ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Róbson Donato got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Krzysztof Cielencki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Modlau booed when Villaverde Celeste Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Modlau left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Villaverde Celeste Clube.
