In the 18th match minute, La Scaloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Cidro to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Ihintza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Moscatelli having to interfere. Vinícius Junior kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli got control of the ball when Virgilio Ariando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilberto Izel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ermegildo Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th minute Gilberto Izel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Izel in the 39th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilberto Izel in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermegildo Matxin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enrique Rozarius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Izel to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Polat Aranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Scaloneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Polat Aranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Matxin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franco Moscatelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Placido Neron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Moscatelli having to interfere. Enrique Rozarius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's Gilberto Izel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ermegildo Matxin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Placido Neron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Franco Moscatelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Enrique Rozarius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Ermegildo Matxin managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when La Scaloneta's Gilberto Izel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ermegildo Matxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Izel's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. A collision led to BAC Belgrano de Cba getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ildefonso Isaio hit a great ball. BAC Belgrano de Cba made a substitution. Eleuterio Sandaili replaced Ladislao Inko. Ildefonso Isaio kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Rozarius got free with Ermegildo Matxin in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enrique Rozarius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrique Rozarius might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Matxin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Rozarius ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Ermegildo Matxin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Rozarius. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
